For us, plumbing has never been just a trade. It's part of who we are.
The McNab family's plumbing roots stretch back 5 generations, beginning with three Scottish brothers who made their way to New Zealand in the late 1800s. What started as a livelihood has grown into a family legacy, passed down through generations of hardworking tradesmen, each leaving their own mark on the industry.
Today, that legacy continues with Blair and Daniel McNab, proudly carrying forward the same values that have been at the heart of the family for generations: honesty, craftsmanship, hard work and taking pride in a job well done.
While the tools, technology and industry have changed enormously over the years, the things that matter most to us haven't.
We believe in turning up when we say we will, treating our customers' homes with respect, standing behind our workmanship and building relationships that last. To us, a good reputation isn't something you can buy. It's something you earn, one job and one customer at a time.
Being featured in NZ Plumber magazine as part of Master Plumbers' 125th anniversary was a particularly proud moment for our family. It was a chance to reflect on where we've come from, the generations who paved the way and the privilege of continuing something that began so long ago.
We're incredibly proud of the name we carry, the history behind it and the opportunity to keep building on it for generations to come.

Blair installed the rain water drainage from a new garage I had built and joined it to the DCC storm water drain passing through my property. All the DCC paperwork and permissions were handled by Blair and the job finished in a most satisfactory manner. I have not had any problems with heavy rainfall since the job was finished. Thank you Blair !

Over the last 6 months, I have used Blair and his team on a variety of projects, from minor leak fixes to a complete re-plumb of a two story dwelling, including fitting of new bathroom (moving it to another place in the house), kitchen and laundry room. This is an experienced and well organised crew that considers quality and customer satisfaction the most important objectives.
